I mainly play world tour and like to play in different eras etc. I was wondering if it was possible to edit my opponents outfit before a match. For example if I'm playing in 2008 I would like Nadal in short sleeves or Federer wearing Nike.

yes, but you'll need to create your own Mod and copy/paste the Outfit codes into your Players.ATP_Mod.ini . A little tutorial to get you started => topic60-35939.php .
