Hello, I am trying to create my own mod by editing the players. I wanted to understand normalization. I turned of normalization to see the skills. For example if I see Federer in the Ini file it states

Forehand power - 45
Forehand consistency- 42
Forehand precision- 47

But when I try to play world tour and turn normalization off, it states the following in the character sheet

Forehand power - 44
Forehand Consistency - 53
Forehand Precision- 42


I thought if you turn off normalization then whatever is in the Ini file should show in the character sheet. But it is showing something different. How does it work? Thanks!!

I just checked and it seems to be working. Maybe the game uses another Players.ini if you have several Mods ?

I am using only XKT version 4 mod now.

Be sure to make your Mod depending on XKT so it'll be applied after XKT, not before.

Can't he directly edit the .ini from the XKT directory file? Just asking for myself as well as I project to edit the stats

no, editing the skills for the World Tour is done in the Players.ini .
