What files would i have to copy/move to achieve this?

Lot of issues with my PC so considering a fresh clean win install but dont want to lose my saved game of course, what would i need to do to ensure this?

Not to worry - Steam cloud seemed to do the job, freshly installed mods, back to where i was...

good ! If you ever need to do that manually, just click on "Settings -> Profile -> Show Data Folder" and back up Tennis.ini and the Profiles folder there.
