When you say modding the game, is that only specific to PC players?.

I'm not complaining about the game as I absolutely love it, I just thought maybe there was an option to turn it all off (like the health bars, crowd etc).

It's possible to create your own Mod for PlayStation, but it's more cumbersome than using a PC. A small tutorial is here => topic60-35939.php ; but for menu & HUD is much more complicated.

Do you use the XKT Mod ? If yes, then you can try to request them to do that. (as the XKT Mod already changed the scoreboards)

Side note : you cannot turn off the Energy bars ; you can turn off the advanced tiredness system and thus its associated info isn't displayed anymore ; ie: this changes the gameplay, it's not a cosmetic change.
