Hi.

I'm having the same problem playing every online match, independent of the location of the oponnent. It's the problem that appears like: "Desynchronization detected... resynchronization completed!" every single point (I'm doing a free translation from my language, Brazilian Portuguese, I don't know if it appears like that in English).

It always happens when you are finishing the point, and it's impossible to stop. I don't look like that is a internet connection problem, because I have a good internet and since I found out that playing on WiFi creates instability, I play via network cable.

could you try without any Mod and tell me if you still get resynchronization ? (ie: deactivate all the Mods in Main Menu -> Mod Management -> Collection -> Little buttons on the left of each Mod, then restart the game, and play against someone who did the same thing)

I try to uninstall all the mods and play without any mod, but nobody plays without mod, at least i couldnt find anybody to play at least one match at all, all day long. Everybody plays with the XKT Mod, to play online.

Would you have any other option to resolve this situation, since using the xkt mod allows for more interesting gameplay, in addition to many options for clothing, moves, players, courts, etc.

It's important to test without any Mod to know if it's an issue with your connection or PC. If it works without Mod, then it means it's an issue with your Mod installation (in this case, reinstalling the Mod may be enough).

Try to come on the TE4 Discord https://www.managames.com/Redir.php?t=ChatTE4 , or the XKT Discord https://www.managames.com/Redir.php?t=Mod_XKT, to find someone to help you test your game without Mod.

I played a match without any Mod and I have the same Desynchronization problem.

Sorry for the delay in answering you, I was quite taken with the 1.0 release.

Did the update help with your issue ?

If not, could you send me a Bug Report from the Online & LAN menu when you don't load any Mod, by clicking on the top left little white icon ?

I'll have a look at the log to be sure everything is alright. If you're available in the next few days, I could try to play with you to see if it desyncs too.

I wanted to try to ping you on Discord during the weekend, just in case, but my last 2 week-ends went pretty fast so I didn't do...

Your last report log contains nothing suspicious : there's no warning or error. However, you are on the XKT profile, but you don't have the XKT Mod. Is it because you have disabled it in Mod Management -> Collection ?

Yes, I was in the XKT profile, but I desativated the XKT mod in the mod management because you say to sent a bug report without loading any mod.

Maybe, we can try in discord on weekend. But in this weekend, I'm only available on sunday 1 p.m until 3 p.m. (Brazil). 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. If you can't, in the next weekend I will be more available.
