I used to be able to max out coach's starting talents with other career saves I played in TE4 (TEM on) with dev mode on. But now I can't seem to do that starting out new career mode. Even though I can adjust players stats and talents like before. Is this a patch? If not, how can I do that again?

I checked and I don't think you were ever able to put all stars everywhere for the Coach Talents.

If you know how to Mod the game, you could change this line, in NewGame.menu :
def NbStar 10

But if I ever change this file, it might create some bad glitches...

I don't know how to paste the screen shot here, but I do have the save where I somehow managed to unlock all stars for the coach. Would you say that was a glitch and now it got patched? Not sure how can I replicate that again because that was a cool glitch

I also tried the suggestion and it doesnt seem to change anything and didnt cause any glitches

1) I have 0 memory about that ; I just looked the code and it doesn't have anything to bypass the star cap

2) It should work when starting a new career.
