I started Tennis Elbow 4 and I really liked the game. It is the best tennis simulator we have, but one thing that I noticed is that, in my opinion, the animations, specially ground strokes, are better on Tennis Elbow 2013. I played today Elbow 2013 (with mod installed) a match Djokovic vs Zverev and their ground strokes are so real, just like in real life.

I wonder if in the future will Elbow 4 have this same level of animations? What is necessary to reach that? Is it something just related to improve the mods or is it something more complex?

Hello,

the animations are (nearly) identical when the player is in the correct position and the ball height is around the racket height. If not, the animation is modified in real-time so the racket still makes contact with the ball.

It makes the whole thing more realistic & varied (ie: it's not the exact same animation in all cases) and offers much better gameplay feedback to let you know when you didn't position your player correctly or took the ball too low or too high.
