click on Main Menu -> Mod Management -> XKT -> Subscribe ; wait for a while (~10minutes) till the Mod has finished to install and then restart the game.

it's the same : there's only a PS4 version that works on PS5 as well.

it tells you what ? If you have installed the XKT(WTSL) Mod, you cannot play in the World Tour. Instead instal the XKT Mod if not already done, else select Settings -> Profile -> XKT -> Apply, and then restart the game.

when I play with the fields in 2D I find 2 chair judges. why?

Unfortunately nothing changes. you see both the judge of the 2D field and the judge of the 3D field

You might have changed "Player Details" instead of "Level of Details". And actually, it should be "Very Low".
