Actually I've already played a career on easy difficulty.. and it was too easy lol. So i started a new career on a harder difficulty. But now i can't win 1st round of futures qualifying I'm on like 15 match losing streak.

just lower a bit the level of your opponent on the bottom left of the Match Presentation screen till you feel comfortable enough.

Also, if you didn't complete the Tennis School, do it now.
