Another issue, sorry I should have put this in the above is that once you go to the pick an existing player section of career mode, you can't go back. So if you are just having a look but decide you want to create your own or switch to the other gender tour, you have to force close the game as there is no back button and the menu doesnt appear.

I just sent another update to Microsoft ; hopefully, it'll be accepted within 2 days.
It fixes the texture issues for the Modded players, as well as the memory leak when customizing the players. I also tried a fix for the crash when loading our current saved game (which makes no sense because it's loadable from World Tour -> Load Game -> Slot Z, anyway ; it seems to be a bug with the Xbox file system itself).
And it'll allow to save the career after a game restart (meanwhile, terminate the game and re-launch it, once you have finished to install the Mod(s) you want).

1) ok, this is very strange. I couldn't reproduce the issue without Mod. I'll try with the XKT Mod tomorrow if I find the time.

Did you send the Crash Report ? I think I got nothing. If you have the occasion to send it again, please do it.

2) I hope the achievements work correctly.

with the official 2D courts, there are the time & speed boards. With the Modded ones, I guess they are not there, as you don't see them.

1) Yes, everybody has it ; it'll be fixed in the incoming update

2) Sorry, the career creation process is really difficult to change now ; maybe in the future I'll add a back button, but I had a look and it feels very risky to touch it now (some of the code is from 2005, 19 years ago ! )

Thanks Mana. That's great I am new and not remotely technical so wondered if I'd done something wrong! I'll remove my post from the mod forum too.

Another thing is when I try to select a grunt I can't hear it over the music. I presume the easiest thing is just to switch music off in settings while doing that bit, and then switch it back on?

I guess you can lower the music volume, but turning it off for a little while is surely the most efficient way.

Good morning, it won't let me update any of the mods I have (XKT, Scoreboards by stef and XKT world tour 2023). It also doesn't let me download other mods because it gives me the same error

try to terminate the game and launch it again. If you get the same error, send me a Bug Report from the Main Menu (the little icon on the top left) after going to Mod Management -> Collection and seeing the error.

the update has been published ! (v1.129.6.0)
Bug Fixes :
- memory leak with Modded player's outfit, quickly leading to crashes
- wrong Modding texture positioning (ie: the player's face was all over the place )
- removed the remaining space after restarting the game, as it doesn't work coz of an Xbox bug (so it's still better to terminate the game and launch it again, but it's not mandatory anymore)
- XKT(WTET) should now work correctly (by creating a XKT_WTET_ profile instead of XKT(WTET) ; delete the XKT(WTET) profile if you have it)

Another update will come soon fixing the little things left, including loading the current saved career on game start, as the 1st fix I did was not correct...

I got 2 Bug Reports from you ; there are some errors, but I'm not sure what's wrong. I asked the ModIO dev his opinion, hopefully he'll answer me soon.
Maybe you can try to subscribe all the Mods, relaunch the game, and subscribe to them again, but if you can play right now, it might be dangerous because you may still not be able to re-install them.

the ModIO dev told me that you should try to unsubscribe one Mod, or more.
If you feel it's too risky, wait for the next update : I discovered that the logging didn't catch everything, so I changed that ; so if you send a new Bug Report with the next update (it's not the one that was done a couple of hours ago), I should hopefully see a warning message about storage space if it's the actual issue.

Thanks, Manu. I have tried unsubscribe to the mods, restarting the game and subscribing again and it hasn't given me any problems. let's see if it doesn't happen again

New Features :
- Can delete all Mods (it shouldn't be needed though, thanks to the fix below)

Fixes :
- Career 1st load could fail
- Career save games could get corrupted
- Often, Mods couldn't be updated and failing installations led to having no space anymore forever
- WTET Mod couldn't save players and the current match (you should delete your old "XKT(WTET)" profile, and keep only the new "XKT_WTET_" one)

Known issue :
- if a button has no tooltip, a wrong one can be displayed

- You should now be able to load the XKT(WTET) Mod's players
- No-tooltip buttons don't have randomly a tooltip anymore
- Male hairs were too bright

- 3 change & fixes were not issues specific to the Xbox, but I did them today

Hello!

I am a former player of TE 2013. While browsing the store on my Xbox One, I came across a surprise: TE4 is available. I think I will buy it. But I have a couple of questions: Is it already the full version? I mean, can you play the full career mode and enjoy the entire experience right after buying it?
And, can you include mods? What do you need to do to include them? Are they free?

A month ago I bought the new TopSpin, but I would love to have both games. One more dedicated to arcade sports gameplay and the other to tennis simulation.

1) yes, TE4 is fully playable and has a lot more features than TE2013 ; read here for more info : topic15-33253.php

2) you can freely install mod for Main Menu -> Mod Management
