the only stats I found were for a few services, and IIRC, TE4 is very close to them.
However, the air resistance varies with the speed & the spin, and thus maybe it's not correct in all cases. Without hard data, it's complicated to tune it, though...

Globally, the air drag in TE4 is close to TE2013, except at very slow speed, where it was unrealistically too strong in TE2013.
If you find the exact weight of the current balls on the Tour, I could check if it matches the one in my formulas, as it's an important factor.
