Mahmut,
1) Passing is already a skill for the CPU, and for the human, it's in their brains.
2) Making the acceleration on the end of the run easier would quickly completely change the balance of the game, especially defense/attack-wise ; I'd suggest you train a bit against the ball thrower alternating 1 ball on the left and 1 ball on the right
3 ) Completely on-the-run strikes will never work because of the aiming system : either you cannot aim, or it should have an autopos and then these strikes would be easier than others (instead of being harder) ; I guess it's possible to imagine a mechanism where you'd need to start to press the button exactly 2-meter away from the hit position, and the strike efficiency would depend if you started to press or not at that point, but it might be complicated to differentiate it with end-of-run strikes, and it might be super complicated to apprehend for the average person...

4) According to the feedback on another topic, it seems people don't use enough of the spin-serve talents... And it's obvious not all players can kick a serve like Thiem or slice one like Ivanisevic (yeah, I'm old

)...
The 2 other ones are meant to help represent better the behavior of some mystic players (1st one being Sampras).
Reminder : a talent is a skill that doesn't need too many steps
