Hello,
If you are a beginner just starting out with Tennis Elbow 4, I suggest you try the
Tennis School mode.
You will find it at the bottom of the TE4 main menu. This mode will help you learn the basic controls of TE4.
And if you have mastered the basic controls, I will give you 2 tips that I just came up with.
The 1st is to use Safe Strike wisely.
Safe Strike is an automatic swing that your player will make if you don't press any buttons. In this strike, your player's first priority is to return the ball to the opponent's court. If your opponent provides you with a tough ball and you find that a good enough return looks difficult, you should concentrate on moving your player and not press the strike button.
The 2nd is to know that when you volley, the behavior depends on the button you press.
My recommendation is to basically use the
Slice button for volleys. This volley is a little slower, but safer.
And I use the
Short Strike button when I want to take a risk and score aggressively.
As for the higher stages, I'll leave that to someone else...
