Which difficult level can make me run as fast as my opponent if we both have the same skill value on runing speed or strength? I have played in in10, and feel opponent who has only 65% speed can even run faster than me (100% in speed).

Hello,

from Pro-10 to Master-10, the CPU skills aren't modified.

At Incredible-10, there's a 20% relative bonus, so 65% is 65 * 1.2 = 78%.

But the Incredible-10 CPU has inhuman reflexes and thus starts to run much earlier than lower difficulty levels.

Thank you, Manu. Can I ask if this applies to forehand power or hidden attributes as well? If I want my attributes to be as close as possible to the top10, which difficulty level should I choose?

Yes.

I don't understand what you mean about the top 10 & the difficulty : they are not really related.
