I'd like to make a player on a world tour with all 100% stats for fun but somehow there is always a few things that end up not being 100%

I'm not sure how you tried that, but instead maybe disable the skill drop and raise the XP : topic1-472.php .

Now that I read it again, I see that I forgot how to English here I just want to make one player with all 100% which I am not going to control, I just want to see how well such a player would do on the world tour as AI and have the opportunity to play against that player from time to time on the World Tour. I usually enter all parameters to 60 in .ini file but then FH, BH & serve power end up being lower and other stats are around 98%.

Try to give him a RankPerYear of 1.15, but it may make crash the game, and maybe it still won't get 100% in every skill ; if he's too old, his physical skills will be capped in all cases.
