Davis Cup matches have been changed from best of 5 sets to best of 3 since 2019. I think you should be able to choose the number of sets for Emerson Cup in the "Choose Number of Sets" screen.

Hello,

right now, the Country Cup set number is tied to the Slam ones.

You can change it before the match, though.
