General Feedback

manutoo...game is really shaping up nicely. I think it is miles better than even two months ago.

I still think the big servers don't serve fast and consistent enough (rarely see aces by CPU but I can get aces with HUM player) and it is too easy to serve and volley...at least on Master 5 and below. I haven't tried above Master 5 because I want to keep the gameplay as close to real life, which I thought was pro 10.

Also..I think the rallies are too short. If I use acceleration, the CPU returns with acceleration and the points last less than 10 strokes 90% of the time. If I try to use normal strike against CPU, it will use acceleration and end point within couple of strikes. It does not matter what surface. I should have long rallies on clay.

I would like to see overall fatigue drain during matches. Rarely do you see much player fatigue in a 3 set match.

I would also like to have option to see tour schedule after you do well in tournament and before you are offered wild cards. And if you are offered a wild card in doubles (for example) you should be able to choose to play singles in same tournament.

In saying all of this, the gameplay is looking really good, especially with the XKT patch.

p.s. Hope my comments are in correct thread.

Hello,

1) CPU is pretty realistic up to Master-10 ; the main differences are :
- he'll get slightly better than real life reflexes
- his average level will be closer to the best days of the real player (so on his best days he'll be like an epic version of the real player ':D )

2) IRL, 10+ rallies don't happen more often than 10% of points.
However, I may tune that a bit when I work on the gameplay.

3) IRL, players rarely get noticeably tired after 3 sets.

4) I'll try to improve that in the future

Note : you posted on the wrong topic, so I moved your post to its own topic... :blackeye:

Sorry about that. Thanks.

3) There should be some difference though between a player with 70% stamina rating and 90% right?

Stamina is relative to (Speed + Muscle Tone) / 2, and strike power. ie: it depends on how much energy you need to play. In other words, a crappy player won't get tired in 3 sets, but a very good player having a very low stamina will be cooked in the 3rd set.
