I have the Mac OS version and can't seem to figure out :

1. how to delete a character
2. create a new one
3. change the characters left handed vs right handed.

in the World Tour ?

You have to start a new career, and in the Character Sheet, before click on "Done", click on the Right-Handed icon, on the bottom, to change it to Left-Handed.

I guess that 1) & 2) are also about starting a new career.
