Where to find tennis.ini in TE4?

I got trouble in TE4, I am struggling in the top 500 for incredible 10 (while I can reach the top 25 in te2013). So I want to edit tennis.ini to make my player stronger, could anyone tells me where it is? I bought the game on steam :bounce:
