Game was working well until I saw an update was available today. The Launcher/updater used to work, but it crashed today.

I deleted my entire game and tried to reinstall the game from the link in my email, but after I downloaded the launcher, it crashes when trying to open it.

Now, I cannot even install the game.

On a MBP16 Big Sur 11.1.

Hi Manutoo, is it normal that I don't have any Documents/Tennis Elbow 4 folder ? I have Windows 10.
Maybe that's the problem with the bugged launcher? And if i need to reinstall again all the game, how can i maintain my saved data?

I already deleted the Tennis Elbow 4 Folder in Documents and reinstalling it didn't work. Any suggestions?

the OP is on MacOS.
You can reinstall the game using the download link from your License Key email without a problem, you won't lose anything.

sadfan,
so where did it fail ? In the patcher during the re-installation ? Or when launching TE4 ?
Could you locate the corresponding log and send it to me :
- Launcher :~/Library/Logs/Mana Games/TennisElbow4-Launcher/Player.log
- TE4 : ~/Library/Logs/Mana Games/Tennis Elbow 4/Player.log
..?

Restarting the computer fixed the issue. Downloads great!
