Going back to an old topic regarding play net rushing of the play styles. In te4 (or tem2) this situation is much improved comparing t13, but still two of the styles, 'all-rounder' and the 'counter', I believe is quite unrealistic in the sense that, the players tagged under these two style in the base does not exhibit this amount of net rush. These styles even serve&volley on faster courts on every alternate serves. To take an example, A.Zverev marked as 'counter' or Fed as 'allrounder' does not play that game even on grass (unless you are depicting the Fed back in 2001).
Secondly 'counter' is a style of special skills, it has some unique property on display which other play styles does not posses but it rushes the net to ruin that aesthetic and the artistic essense. We have other net rushing styles to provide that sensation.
I am not sure if the play styles are designed like this on purpose to balance the gameplay or gamers like this the way it is. But anyway I wanted to put my perspective as a suggestion.

1) All-rounder & Counter base S&V rate is 30%. If they are very successful in their S&V, it'll be a bit more often.

2) TE4 objective is not to only represent 2020 tennis, but to represent the whole modern era since 1990, and thus globally it'll have more volleying than in today's tennis.

In terms of S&V and net approach, TE4 does not even reflect 90's tennis in a way. Back in the days the true volleyers never stayed back on their 2nd serve on grass. The legendary volleyers of the bygone era used to take the net on both the serves, chipped & charged their opponent on return of serve, and many used to S&V even on clay. Such an aggressive net play is not a part of TE4. Surely, we can move on, I respect your opinion, it's not easy to strike a balance, that neither stops me from playing this game

A propos du contreur, je pense que ça serait pas un mal d'avoir un nouveau style contemporain avec ces compétences spéciales.
Comme ça TE aura les deux : ancien contreur à la Hewitt, et nouveau, plutôt à la Djoko des 4 dernières années.
C'est un style très particulier et assez répandu dans le tennis moderne où les surfaces sont toutes de rapidité intermédiaire.
Le relanceur a du mal à vraiment coller à ces joueurs peu puissants qui n'accélèrent jamais par eux même mais ne sont pas ultra-passifs pour autant, ce que le contreur TE fait bien mais avec trop de tendance au jeu à la volée.

About the counter TE style, I think it could be relevant to get another style like that but with current counter-puncher behaviour.
That way TE will have both counters : the old one like Hewitt, and the new one.
Counter style is a pretty particular but widespread style because now the surfaces are almost all the same. (Mid-slow).
The counterpuncher TE style cannot reproduce accurately the counter TE style because thay are not made with the same system with players not being able to produce power and pace themselves.

yes, it's in between like this.
In a distant future, I'd like to better represent each different era, by adjusting speeds, spin & volley rate depending on the current year.
