Hei, I just bought the TE4, because I really love this game. I just tried to play that, but the players don't move. I tried a lot, but it is not working. I have an macbook.

does it happen in the Training Club or the World Tour ?

Even your opponent doesn't move ? Does the ball move ? Or it looks like the game is paused ?

Did you change your controls in Settings -> Controls -> Player 1 ?

If the arrow keys don't work, maybe try to assign other keys to move your player.
