I've experienced some camera glitch when i played on my laptop, it hurts my eyes a little bit
I'm also played on my PC which has the same specs as you and the game works fine, except two things (1. Sometimes the players gone dark; 2. Adjust the camera too close or too low, the lines dissapear) .

it looks like the 2D camera is applied on the 3D court. It does always this ? If yes, try to delete your Tennis.ini to reset everything.
