This helps in the ''contrapierna'' Is when the CPU sends a ball to a side, you run for it, then you come backwards, and he send the ball again to the same side & you can't change the direction enoughly fast.
What you were saying in Spanish translates to "wrongfooting". If you do the same thing that Manutoo suggested you will deal better with "contrapierna" shots from CPU. I highly disagree with both opinions though, wrongfooting is one fundamental aspect used in thinking man's tennis and you should be able to deal with it simply by sensing when it's being attempted or react quickly enough to counter. The speed is just about fine in the game.
