As a few people have previously pointed out, Black Vilas can be quite a troublesome character. Not only is he frequently entering the menu (presumably to distract his opponents), he also uses vulgar language (in Argentinian Spanish too) when he gets frustrated. And by the way, has anyone ever noticed that his ELO hardly changes, even when he loses a game or receives a penalty for retiring in the middle of a game?

And one more thing, is it possible to request the isp address of our opponents so we can avoid players who consistently display deviant behavior? With all the namesakes of the likes of Federer, Serena, and Venus, it's getting a bit confusing who we're actually facing.

Tatiana Golovin (has a Master status with ELO around 2100)

Played him / her twice and always retired when I had my first match point.

NNN: he's a nice enough guy but retired when I had match point against him.
Record (since coming back from ban): 24-6
#19 (Too bad I got myself banned, otherwise I'd be #11, even without the tournaments I missed)
Winner: Banja Luka, Vienna
F: Paris
SF: Newport, Bucharest, Beijing, Tokyo, Basel
QF: Wimbledon, Indianapolis
