One more question.
As a coach, I can't recognize a player's full potential. For a junior, this means that for a skill, the current potential is shown as a turquoise line and the possible (PRO) potential is shown as purple smoke. When the turquoise line reaches the smoke's border, it changes color from purple to turquoise. Now, if I understand this correctly: I assume that if the smoke is turquoise, it doesn't mean that the current potential has reached the PRO potential. In other words, if I could recognize 100% of the potential and the PRO potential was, say, 85%, instead of turquoise smoke, I would see a purple line at 75% and a turquoise line at 85%. So even if I see turquoise smoke, it doesn't mean that I have reached the PRO potential. Is that right?
