Can I reduce the number of points to win a tiebreak from 7 to another number?

look for NbLastSetTbPoint in your Tennis.ini. (HowTo => topic19-32161.php )

I tried to change it in [profilname].ini as well as in tennis.ini but it doesn't make a difference, tiebreaks still to 7 points. if i reopen tennis.ini after having started the game it sets the value back to 7 points.

another bug i noticed is when i change "best of 3" to best of 1 or 5, it's always best of 3.

NbLastSetTbPoint would work only for the Training Club.

"Best of X" can be changed only if you take control of your player during a World Tour match.

any chance that NbLastSetTbPoint will work for world tour in the future? (it was possible in TEM 1)
and is there a way to reduce the number of tb points in last set from 10 to 7?

For the World Tour, you have to edit the TourCategory.ini (and/or Tour.ini) and edit or add these lines to each category (and/or tournament) :

you can add this line in your Tennis.ini, under [TrainingClub] & [WorldTour] : (HowTo => topic19-32161.php )

And sorry manu, another dumb question, is there a way for AI to also play different number of games per set? Like let´s say i wanted a world tour that is only based on Tiebreaks to 10 or sets to 4 games. I´m just bored so I´m experimenting a bit lol.

no, except you can do 1 set only, and make it a master tiebreak.
