Tour Junior Unbalanced

Postby ORei » 04 Nov 2019, 21:52

I have the feeling that the Junior Tour is unattractive, or you focus on improving potentials, and therefore you don't improve stats and you can't win against other juniors, or if you improve stats and you can win in tournaments, the potentials are very low , and when you become a Professional, you cannot win important tournaments.
I think the rest of juniors are too good compared to our tennis player, and it is not possible to win games in the first years

Has anyone achieved both?

I agree. In all of m parts i play . I win a small tournament in junior when my player has 18 years old. The last season in junior! Its impossible to have a success in junior . In the old version i could win US Open junior when my player turn 18. But have successuful career junior and pro its almost impossible in the game.

Yes, I think the rest of the participants are stronger at the beginning but they progress slower, when you want to reach their level you are already in Pro age.
Maybe the potentials could continue to rise in Pro until a certain age or that the other juniors were less strong.

the documentation says that the only advantage is "The only plus side is that you should have around 20~25% in all your skills when your player turns 18, instead of 5% if you start as a Pro" but i agree that starting as a junior is a little bit boring couse you basically just spend your time increasing potentials and losing all the games. however you could try to pick fast learner and rich kid as talents. with fast learner your potentials will increase faster and with rich kid you can hire trainers (untill you run out of money) to raise your potential even faster, so you can hit 95% potentials earlier and then focus on training skills. also if you train power, precision and constistency instead of balanced you will train faster. (focus of one, then the others etc) the same for serve skills. is better to train mental only when you have experience points. you can also wait for a very strong double partner and then playing doubles tournaments when you can get some wins.

sorry if my english is bad

Interesting, I usually choose real players, and therefore the talents are already fixed (or do not have).
Anyway other juniors have 50% or more in their skills, so competing is almost impossible

my English is also very bad...
