This topic is for the Mac OSX version of the game.

Updating: when you update to a newer version, you have to transfer the "Profiles" subfolder from your previous TE2006's directory to the new installation folder to keep your saved games.

Build 37, August 10th:

Bug fixes :
- World Tour : a few crashes fixed (especially on new game start)
- Continual autosave during World Tour matches : there are some random crashes whose I cannot find the cause so far ; so I added this feature that will let you go on your World Tour match after a crash, at the point where the crash happened

I'm really sorry about these random crashes and I'm trying my best to find them...

I don't get any training points... i play at master level...
it's really, really hard to win anyone without training!!!

Hello,

I just checked and there was actually a bug preventing the training points to be given, at all difficulty levels.
I just corrected it, you can download the game again, it should be fine now.

Build 38, August 24th:

Bug fixes :
- World Tour : save was stopping to work after a while ; training points were not given ; no blank flags anymore
- freezes removed
- video settings : can use the Preset buttons (Speed, Normal, Quality)
- display : the up & down views were inverted when playing in split-screen mode


Note: This version should work (almost) perfectly, so if you meet any bug or trouble, thanks to report them.

I wrote you about the cursor problem, don't know if you tried to fix it but I downloaded it again and it worked till I changed the audio frequency to 44100 (the original settings was 22050). Then the cursor got slow and reacted late when I moved the mouse, it did not disappear when I switched the audio settings back.

But I got a problem with updating my profile, it shows that all the saved slots are invalid when I copy the Profiles folder. I checked the access rights and I normally have read & write access to the folder and the files in it. I use my own profile, now the default one.

Can you help me please?

I'm really not sure where this problem with invalid saved game is coming from.
Did you change your Players.ini or your Tour.ini ? If so, then you should copy your modified file over the new version as well.

I'm using the extended files with more players and tournies, so that was probably the problem. Thanks big time.

Build 45, April 1st:

New Features:
- Added the option to have 0 game per set ; with this setting, you'll do only tie-breaks

Changes:
- gameplay : max top spin effect lowered by 15%
- Gameplay : cannot use a lot of top spin on the safe strike anymore
- double : CPU is swapping side with you after a little delay
- when you add slice effect during the preparation of your strike, and then you do a top spin strike, the slice effect is now in the correct direction, thus you can do the famous Nadal passing..!

Bug Fixes:
- some of the skills for strikes were mixed up (ie: forehand skill was also used for backhand)
- the game should now load correctly on drives formatted with Case Sensitive option
- a couple of other little bugs fixed
