I purchased the full version but I am not able to register the game to play the full version.

In your manual info you write that I have to "activate the program online by use of the re-installation mechanism included in the software". I could not found any re-installation mechanism - where can I get it? :?

humm
I never wrote such thing in the manual.

Could you tell me where and how did you buy "Tennis Elbow" (you didn't buy another game, right ?)

Put the address of the buy page, and/or a copy of the order form please, please.

I hope you didn't buy it from a fraudulent seller.

Regards,
ManuTOO

I downloaded Tennis Elbow from the site shareware.com and buyed it from softwrap.com via credit card.

Their answer:

Thank you for the email.

Please note that what is meant by the "via the Internet", means activating the program online by use of the re-installation mechanism included in the software. You would need to install a copy of the software on your
computer.
Once you have downloaded and installed the software on your computer, kindly follow the steps below:

- You will need to be connected to the Internet
- Access the software
- Select "Re-installation of License" from the screen that appears
- Enter your license holder name and purchase reference number in the
fields provided
- The software will automatically reinstall and be activated

We trust this assists you. Should you require further assistance, feel
free to contact Softwrap support desk, which is available 24 hours a day, 7
days a week.

Kindest regards,

Their newest answer is:

Thank you for emailing Softwrap Customer Services.

When you open the software, there should be a button that says 're-install'. If that button is not there, you should click on the 'Buy It' or 'Buy Now' button, and then select 're-installation of license'.

This is where you need to enter your license holder name and purchase reference number to re-install the software.

Should you require any further assistance, please contact our help desk as our operators are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.

Kind regards,

I answered them:
When I run the software the only options in the main menu are: Credits / World Tour / Quick Play (play options, no change of ends, single/double etc., clay, best of 1 set)

There's no button that says 're-install', 'buy it' or 'buy now'...

As you can see it, I need further assistance, once more.

Kind regards

PS: I got Direct X 9.0 and have Windows XP[/b]

Hello,

>> When I run the software the only options in the main menu are:
>> Credits / World Tour / Quick Play

so yes, you have and play Tennis Elbow 2004.
But you bought :

>> Please save this email and print a copy for safe-keeping
>> as confirmation that you have purchased Table Tennis Pro
>> for USD $19.95.

If it's not just a little mistake from your side, and if you think you have been mislead by something, you should tell me, or tell shareware.com about that point.

So, anyway, you should cancel your order of Tennis Table Pro. I have nothing to do with them, so I don't know how this works, but it should be easy (or not too hard) and free of charge.

And then, to order Tennis Elbow, you should use the order form that pops up at the end of the game. Or you can use the order form here :
https://www.managames.com/tennis/?order
These 2 order forms should be very similar, none has any reference to shareware.com .

I hope you could resolve your trouble, and I'll be pleased to send your license key once your order will be processed. :)

Regards,
ManuTOO
