You can save up to 8 players in the Training Club, using the save button, and then the load button to get them back.
With the Windows Notepad, you can also open the file "Data\Players.ini" containing all your World Tour players, and then copy 1 player to the file "Profile\Default\p_0.ini" under [Section].
(it sounds a bit complicated, but if you open both file, hopefully it should look more easy... )
