"Invalid Code!" [when add new category name]

Postby Visitor » 20 Jan 2006, 05:50

In the editor, when I change the category name it doesn't work. Does it have to be "It'l Series" or "Masterscup" or the default types? How can I change it to something else (like "Tier II")?

Hello,

if you want to add a tournament name, u'll have to play with the file Menu\lang_English.Txt (or your other playing language, if it's not english).
This file is contained in the file Data\Pak01.Pak .
To open it, read the instructions in the file Data\HowToMod.html .

To add a string of text in lang_English.Txt, just open it with the editor, and then, for example, add this line :
Code: Select all
TierII      Tier II

(the text codes cannot have space in them)

Ok great, that all works fine. There is still one problem though. Often when I enter the qualifying of some tournaments, the names of the draw rounds are messed up. Instead of R1 it says --Missed-- and instead of R2 it says Qualifyed and then it goes on. I didn't change anything else besides the tournament level names, so it's very strange. Could you please help me? Thanks alot for everything else too.

Hummm...
You didn't have this bug before to do the modifications ?

Did you notice if there's a type of tournament that causes this problem ? or is it for any kind of tournament ?
