what different would it make if i say made Federer's forehand 300. Would i notice a difference and what kind of difference?

Hello,

the skills are capped to 100, so it won't make much difference...

But in a general way, a 100% forehand will be a lot more powerful and less prone to errors than a 0% forehand...
