Exceptionally, as :
- there was no warning in the Newport & Pozo Application topics about forbidding to play these tournaments if you were registered for Davis Cup
- Newport App topic has been created early compared to the usual way (coz we wanted more time to tune the new system)
players are allowed to play Davis Cup in addition to another tournament this week.

people complaining about this decision will be flagged as : scared to lose against their opponent country's best players... :whistle:

If Germany does not submit their players by today, their opponents will benefit from a w.o. :sweat:

And as manutoo and myself have agreed on the above, India please submit your players again. In the future, this won't happen again.

i will play DC and nole will play singles and doubles either deepy or sofia

As NOLE.LUCKY has told me,

1st singles - Nikzy
2nd singles - NOLE.LUCKY
Doubles - Vamos Rafa
Alternative - Sofia.

Despite 3 of you playing tournaments this week, those will count towards your small tournament count. I've posted a rule for forbidding to play other tournaments while playing DC which you can see here --> topic13-4767.php#p68145 :sweat:

I've posted it there so its clear for next time

Germany have not submited their players in time, so their opponents will benefit from a walkover by default.
