R1: LetsGoBro def. [8]andreneves 6-2, 6-3

Man, terrible conditions. Delay: 317 ms, Lag Ratio = 20% . Basically unplayable, but we went ahead with it anyway. Even though I won, I thought these conditions favoured him better. At times it somehow gave him extra time to read and return my serve, while I couldn't do the same. Some serves, which initially I thought were aces (due to heavy glitching), came back as rockets... that was very frustrating. Obviously he's had a lot of experience in this kind of lag. I tried to shorten the points to avoid any further complications. I was broken at the start of each set, but fortunately I managed to recover in time. Might have to consider the Lag Rule if we face each other again in the future. Nothing personal against andreneves, he's a nice and fair guy. But the connection was way too poor for my liking. Anyhow, GG and GL in future tournaments.

QF: LetsGoBro def. M.Gamal Federerized 6-4, 6-4
I was unexpectedly nervous and that affected my level of play for some parts of the match, especially early on. Once I saved the first couple of break points at *1-2 in the first set and got the break to serve out the first set, I felt more at ease. Overall it was a solid match from both of us, although there was definitely some room for improvement. I'll need to step it up from here if I'm going to stand any chance of winning the title. GG and GL in future tournaments to Gamal.

Reserve SF: LetsGoBro def. [Q]nkpodovi 7-6(5), 7-6(3)
I thought this would be a walk in the park, but I was wrong. I found myself pretty tired mentally and I struggled to return well. I found little rhythm on the baseline. It was also pretty laggy and glitchy, but even then I know I can do better despite that issue. No breaks of serve in the match. Credit to nkpodovi for serving and hitting the forehand big throughout the match. He made it an interesting encounter and I'm relieved and lucky to win this with the way I played. GG and GL in future tournaments to nkpodovi.

F: LetsGoBro def. [1]Sorana Cîrstea 7-5, 6-1

I was extremely nervous. But after the first set and a half, I felt a lot calmer. Conditions were poor, so at times it was a bit of a lottery as to who had a cleaner hit of the ball during the rallies. Fortunately I held off a break point at *1-2 and then was eventually able to break through at 3-3*. But I was broken when serving for the set at *5-4 as the nerves came back. Thankfully I was able to sustain my intensity and was able to close it out. The second set, I felt freer after getting the double break to go up *4-1. Sorana didn't give up and made it difficult for me to close it out. I think he saved like 3 or 4 championship points on serve before finally succumbing. Anyway, an emotionally-charged final that went my way with a bit of fortune. My first tour title in my first tour final appearance, and I couldn't be happier. Commiserations to Sorana, wasn't his day but I'm sure he'll have his time in the sun soon. GG and GL in future tournaments.

thanks for nice words LetsGoBro.
my match was completly different. i didnt ever imagine that when i broke your serve at 4-5 it will make me lose this match. when the score was 5-5 i started to feel an unexplicable pression and when u re-break for 5-6 that was the most important moment of match. i was nervous and wasnt able to find confidence and in 2nd set i still felt that pression. when u broke me for 1-4 that was the moment when i gave up. u keep your serve ( i let u serve some aces, didnt move few points ':D ) and at 1-5 on my serve i served only with b1+b2 at T , no matter is 1st or 2nd service(that made me did some double faults) and when u had match points , i tried to play that points , i sayd 'this game or nothing', even i hadnt hopes to cameback, i wanted just to dont leave the tournament on back door.
u played well , congrats for title and gl in rest of season

Also I was happy to play this final after saving 4 match points in my semifinal against ShoNe95 : 67(6) 76(9) 61

Love,
Sori
