Test Asset
I need a separate quote for this test asset. I'll choose the best couple candidates and ask them to do one cup. Depending on the result, the work efficiency and the quote for all the other assets, I'll then pick 1 candidate to do the other assets.
So I'll ask you to do one of these cups. The modelization should be similar but not identical to their real-life counterpart.
Each cup should have about 15k triangles. Textures specifications are as explained in the section below. Texture size should be at max 1024x1024, but can be much less depending on how you create the materials.
Quality
The main target is gamers on PC with CPU & GPU at worst 9 years old (on Windows / Mac / Linux), plus XBox One & Playstation 4.
The work consists mostly of creating 3D tennis players, male & female, plus tennis court NPCs.
The rendering will be done using the new HDRP from the Unity 2019 engine.
The quality should be near of recent tennis games, or even better if possible (as it'll use new rendering technics from HDRP), like getting close of AAA quality, as example NBA 2K19 :

Style
The style of the created assets should be : realistic, but with a tad of extra saturation to be more joyful than reality (quite similar to all the games shown above).
Deadline
The male player should be done by end of august, with 1 complete outift.
Everything else should be finished for end of April 2020 or before if possible.
Textures Specifications
Most textures should come with :
- Base color (+ Opacity when needed)
- Normal map
- Mask Map with : Metallic, Ambiant Occlusion & Smoothness
- Height map, if relevant & possible

List of assets needed
I'll need the assets to be delivered as Unity packages, and once final payment will have ben done as .Max files (or other primary format).
Notes :
- "k" means thousand
- 1 poly = 1 triangle ; so 10K polys = 5'000 quads
- no UV Mapping symetry should be used on the tennis players, their outfits nor rackets (including the skin)
- skin texture pixel density should be constant (except on the face), so it'd be possible to apply tattoos on it
- player should have their 5 fingers rigged separately
So here everything needed for the tennis players :
- 1 tennis male player & 1 female player, rigged ready to anim : ~20k polys naked, ~35k polys with all outfits ; textures 2048x2048 (or 4096x2048 if not enough) organised by outfit zones with an UV mapping easily moddable by the end user (see below)
- For both the male & female players :
- 4 body morphes : thin, normal, fat, muscular
- Rigged face so can change the player's face to look like almost anyone
- 4 hats : large headband, thin headband, cap, reversed cap
- 15 hairstyles, in 5 variations each : 1 without hat, 4 other ones to match each hat
- 6 hair colors
- 1 pair of sunglasses
- 3 T-shirt models : normal, shirt, sleeveless
- 2 x 2 wristband models : 1 small, 1 big, for each wrist
- 6 tattoo decal textures
- 2 socket textures
- 14 shoe textures
- Additional male T-shirt Base color textures (and other textures if needed) : 15 normal, 10 shirts, 5 sleeveless
- Additional female T-shirt Base color textures (and other textures if needed) : 10 normal, 5 shirts, 15 sleeveless
- 8 male bears & mustaches textures
- 4 male short models : short, medium, long (till the knee), leggings (a bit under the knee)
- 25 male short textures
- 4 female skirt models : traditional skirt, tight skirt, short shorts, full leggings
- 25 female skirt textures
- 3 racket models : ~3K polys, 512x512 textures with an UV mapping easily moddable by the end user, organized by zone (strings, frame, handle ; the strings can be within the frame)
- 9 racket textures : 3 per racket model
All model outfits should be correctly rigged as well.

NPCs :
they all require rigging, but don't require separated rigged fingers (ie: 4 fingers are controlled by 1 finger in bones). Needs 1 texture set per model (ie: 1 material per model). Each model requires 512x512 textures.
