50 ms ping not working ?

When i host on max 50 ms i stil got 500 ms laggers lol.
very anoying.

Hello,
maybe a bug, or maybe some people with good ping but very bad bandwidth or unstable connection ; ie: they can exchange 1 packet with 50ms ping, but if many packet it drops to 500 ms.
For me, 50ms usually prevents anybody to join my game.
