Derek just did this to me when we played. I was going to win and he began lagging for no reason. Screenshotting on match point so I couldn't hit ball back properly and then as I hit a winner he did something to make game crash and it counted as a loss! All because he can't play fair-he's just a pathetic cheat.

Something seriously and urgently needs doing about a user called Stroke (also called Nick) 1300 elo and 1100 matches.

As well as freezing the match he repeatedly makes sexualised, homophobic and creepy comments in chat despite the opponent repeatedly saying they felt uncomfortable.
He's done it to me personally and others on this site.

This is an example of what he wrote to a user on this game today (Stroke's comments in yellow):

Absolutely disgusting sometimes bad rep is not enough and the Mods need to take further action to protect users of all ages from behaviour like this on the site ..

Don't know how to make picture bigger but below comments from Stroke:

User: "I feel uncomfortable"
Stroke: "Please stop taking cock"
User: "I feel threatened and scared please stop talking sexual to me"

This is totally unacceptable.

reading the whole chat log shows that not only you were the 1st one to insult, you were also the 1st one to come with sexual insults further down the conversation...

Frankly, I don't have the competency nor the time to judge such a kind of situation where both players are at fault, so the reputation will rule there again.

If you're really 12-year old, may I suggest you block the chat ? You shouldn't be interacting with unknown people on the Internet at that age...

Firstly it was not me that played. I allowed a younger (yes 12 year old) relative to play on the game and was not aware of what went on before. I apologise for that if true and will speak to them about it..

However it's clear from the above that at some point they were not comfortable with what was being said by Stroke-informed him/her that they felt unsafe, uncomfortable and their age and yet Stroke still persisted in making sexual comments. If you think that they are therefore "both at fault" after this!?....then that worries me that this site doesn't want to protect vulnerable users and I won't allow my younger relative to play online anymore.

If there's no effective moderation team or blocking mechanism where a user can block an individual so they can't ever join their games again, and users are allowed just to change their name..then there really shouldn't be a chat function in game or it should be censored so key words can't be used.

I've played for years and although most users are great I've also received death threats, rape threats, vile racist and sexual messages and many of these players still appear online so I guess it's just acceptable behaviour in this game

Beware of player with names like VERA ZVONAREVA, SERAPHIM and similar with upper cases - he/she opens apps and lags the game.

Well,i'm geting now a bad reputation stat only for normal and fair play.
As a master ELO it's time to stop this game because no one add my game when I create one.
And above I'm losing most of my matches.
