about 90% of the people reported in this topic (at least the ones I checked) had bad or very bad reputation. Your "Legia" is a rare exception.
The reputation system as a whole is much more effective than the legacy manual banning that almost didn't deter anyone and was very tedious to maintain (I guess there's no other game temporary banning people for bad behavior for this reason).

well, im not really asking for you to ban him whatsoever if you think its not appropriate to do so. All i wanted to hear from you guys at least somehow you are trying to take care of the good one's, good players who are patronizing the game and trying to keep it enjoyable while keeping the whole chat convo wholesome. I'm quite disappointed about your action. You sound like you have to protect one rotten tomato because you have no enough proof. by all means you can access the chat history for that match. I would rather wanted to hear at least someone will try to warn him, or if he's a registered user then someone should've tried to send him the game rules and regulations if there's one. common, we're no longer kids manutoo. these people knows what is right or wrong, what is cheating and what's not.so why tolerate those attitude? i dont see the point. Lastly, regardless of the total reputation whether good or bad for as long as someone violates rules or offended someone, there must be a corresponding penalty. just like in real life. when someone commit a sin do you think they have to look at your records first before giving a punishment?

i just feel sad that everybody is purposely doing all these cheating and insults. this game is no longer healthy. I doubt about the future of this great TE game. In the past we don't get these much of a problem. no swapping technique to influence ping and pausing during service, plus swearing in chat. So what had gone wrong?

Don't doubt the future of the game, Manutoo created this reputation system that works like a charm,at least for me..! I already know who to play and who to avoid(mainly guys with bad rep), and you should,too.

that's a more convincing statement RAz!!!! i'd expect something like this being said by manutoo. rather than his previous statement which i do believe won't be any help at all. instead encourages more and more cheaters and foul words all over the chatroom.

Today i've played with him and every time i threw the ball to serve he stopped the game by going into the menu and (i don't know how) he made me appear the message ".... is watching the replay" while the game was going on.
Moreover he insulted me in the game chat and later (when i wasn't there) on the managames chat.
His name was: Naruto Shippuden (ELO: 2647)
I hope you'll give him an exemplar punishment

At this point play with (player 1), but do not know if there's another name under which to play. We reached 5-4 for me after I break and must now serve for the set and the match. But the game started to freeze and he accused me that I am doing it, which is not the case and it does not make sense to do it .......The game stopped and took my points because I'm retired. And I'm not???? What's going on? My interenet is good and I'm not the problem .....

Im sorry Managames, but now, I dont want to buy this game..maybe in future. BECAUSE OF id*ots, like user EAMON. He is so disrespectfull, rude, unfair player. Why dont you ban players like him?? Why dont you want to make this game way better?

EAMON has a very bad reputation ; if you avoid players with bad & very bad reputation, you'll avoid 95% of the problems...

i met lot of "bad reput" players (not very bad) and often they are fair but very good player

Avoid very bad reput is mandatory
