It's not a problem Rounders. Probably not the reason wich leads no one to join.
Maybe lower the max ping value when you set-up the game to allow more people to join.

The unknow code line is just here because in our mod we didn't used yet the proper updated langage.txt files.
This is not preventing to play, but just removes some words in the menus wich are not properly referenced.
this will be fixed.

if you create a game using ITST mod though, it's probably because a non-modded game can't join anymore a modded game since Manutoo introduced the Mod.ini feature.

If you want to play more games online, you should keep two versions of the game, one TE vanilla untouched version to play online with most people, and your modded version to play with other folks using the same mod.

Elias do you think can play online with your mod and the court original (blue green cement 2d) with other players with the original game.

No because of modded characters and animations it's not possible. Both players must have the same modded game (when the mod modifies gameplay).

Yesterday I played with sam and ITST patch v 1.4 with djokovic ( court original cement blue green )online few desync with someone who had the original game I think

sounds strange, usually this results in some infinite loop desyncs when the games starts. Maybe he had sam patch on, who knows.
