I have played 122 matches and i have lost only 3 matches or 4.
My ELO is now 2174 i have played 122 matches. Now if i won the ELO is going down i dont know what is this? After 120 matches i have played was i think 2191 but now is only going down or i cant get over the 2200 mark???

Hello Bajko,

as explained a few posts above, winning is sometimes not enough to raise your ELO.

If you want to be sure to not see your ELO dropping you must not lose more than 1 game per set (or even match).

For example, if you play against someone who has an ELO of 800, and you beat him only 6/4 with your ELO of 2200, it means your ELO is too high and his ELO is too low, therefore your ELO will lower.
And if you beat him 6/0, your ELO will probably not change.

damm ... Bajko, what is your playing device ? a Pad ? Which Pad ? I have the MS Sidewinder Pad.

Believe me there are few tougher players then Bajko He is one of the best, but not the Best.
