I can't create a game for some reason. I can join online games, but for the past 3 days I have been unable to connect. It fails the connection test saying please check your UDP port is enabled in your firewall. What should I do to resolve this problem?

Happens to me several times last 2 month's.
What works for me is the following thing=>reset modem=>unplug it for about 10 seconds and plug in again.
