then i made my player like this and get only 84% forehand and backhand during match, why?

Your skills are remapped, it means that 100% gives 90% in-game, and 90% gives 84% in-game.

I'm sorry if I'm a bit slow, but this thing still gets me confused, and I know it is the case with other online players as well (I checked stats for my opponents and obviously some don't get it either).
I play realistic.
1) To be clear, as The Potro asked : even if your character sheet says 780 points left and sticks to the rules (=< 90, =< 80 for service power), your skills are remapped ? So you have to put stuff at 100% in your character and apply the formula you indicate in the documentation to get to the result you want ?
2) I haven't managed to get to the maximum on the stats I want.
Let's say I try this configuration :
If you apply the formulas, this leaves more than 780 points left. So I should get the max on the values where I put 100%, no ? Yet in-game (I check "Player statistics" in game) I don't get 90% on any value. But I've seen many of my opponents do it.
What did I do wrong ?

you have 720 points left, so the game will lower your skills till you get 780 points left.

you must try the recomanded configurations like baseline play or varied play

Ok, I finally got it, thanks. Maybe, Manutoo, you could make description in the documentation a bit more explicit, as I thought the 780 points were the number of points you should have AFTER the re-scaling, not before.
