You've a router, so you have to forward its 4321 UDP port.
To do that you've to enter your router's settings configuration page, so enter your ip in a web browser and then log in with your router's account and password and check for some kind of port forwarding option that should be there. Else, go to portforward.com and check for your router's 'default guide' and follow the instructions given there.

I have the same damn problem
Before two, three weeks i host normaly, everything worked perfectly, now i cant host at all..."my pc is unreachable....."
I tried to open a port again but again i cant host a game, i tried to delete old TE entries in firewall but again i cant host, what can i do? Help me

Yep, same problem with me. I have done everything to restore my hosting power and nothing.... I've turned off windows firewall, opened 4321 UDP ports in my router once again and nothing I have no anti-virus, so there you can not find any problem.

It works one day at particular hour/s....then it doesn't work. There's less chance of it working than when it's not working. How f***ing frustrating.

just in case, could check on this site that you still have Ipv4 support and not only ipv6 support : http://test-ipv6.com/ ..? (if you miss ipv6 support, it's not an issue for the game)

I find the solution its simple....(it works for me)
Just reinstall the game, delete all your stats and rest, delete your old port in your web configuration or any open port you have, disable firewall, delete Tennis Elbow exepction....
Then open port again, install game again and it will work
