I cant host and join game :(

I cant join and host game and i am very nervous because of that
and i reinstall game,restart cmputer,everything!! But when i host game there is written your PC is not reachable..And that your pc is not reacheble already sometimes is been written when i go host but i refresh computer and it work but this time its not like that..WHen i try join nobody is green
