you should read the EULA that is displayed during the installation and that you can find in the "Doc" subfolder as "En_License.Txt" :

The Author reserves the right to cancel or suspend this agreement for any
misbehaviour in the online mode, such as, but not limited to : cheating,
insults, abuse, identity usurpation.

You should also have read the sentence that is displayed at beginning of chat, every time you play online :

*** This Chat may be recorded by ManaGames. Please keep polite & respect your opponent.

I had already sent you a warning by email 2 weeks ago, you ignored it and went on insulting people, so now you're banned and it won't change till you apologize.

there is this player he is playing right now he had 2162 of elo...

About an hour and a half ago I played with "morest" and out of nowhere he opened the chat and said "b*tch". The score was 2-0 for him. Please give me at least a warning if not ban, I strongly feel there should be zero tolerance for children who insult other players (I said children because adults don't behave like that). Again, like other times when this happened to me, he has a big elo.

i just won against a player called leysia, about elo 1100. she said she wants to report me.
this game is based on fun. i never insulted her. there are possibilities in this game to use lob to defend or serve wherever you want on the service line. manutoo explains that if he had put it and it remains it s because it s allowed.
other thing are the possibilities to comments points. for example there was a epic point on the net face to face and after i was kidding because it was funny.
if it s impossible to express emotions i dont understand why people only play against computer.
i m against insulting or this kind of things but for the rest i think it s ok.
maybe its because i won 6 3 against her and she didnt accept it.

I want to report Rafael Nadals elo 1045 (+3 after my match against him) for rude behaviour. He kept on opening the chat and calling me a baby and a 'shit'. I refused to respond but he wouldn't stop and I finally blocked the chat. This match was played between 16:30 and 17:11 US central time on 10/02/2012. (UTC-6 or 7). The match finished 3-6 7-6 7-6. This boy should not escape without any punishment because afterwards he was being very unsporting saying things like you can't beat me, you have no chance and doing other annoying things on court.

I am reporting a guy called R.Nadal. He had a 1253 elo and we played at about the time I'm posting this report. He told be 'suck my d***' and called me a 'b***'. I'm attaching proof. The match was at 2-1 in my favour when the connection was lost.

P.S. I reported another player a week ago but on the wrong forum - Bans and disciplinary issues. Please take that report into consideration also.
