Custom Maximum Ping ?

I saw a online player named xxxtreme he had the maximum ping 33. is it possible?
How can you be serious while playing a game :whistle:

it is, you've to change MaxPing in tennis.ini to whatever you want and that's gonna be max ping for people to join
