it'd make not much sense to have the Realistic Mode in the Career, because there most players don't have maxed out skills, which is the main goal of the online mode (ie: avoiding 100% in all important skills).

I just tried another game. It was very pleasant to play, with a very similar level (always with the Fair Mode).
Nevertheless, there are still lags which are very complicated to deal with. These lags are freezes that last a few seconds, and happen from time to time. It's not on every point, but it's complicated. But I don't know if the player against me has exactly the same problem (at the same moment). Complicated to say...

On the other hand, I have a problem more important, and the last updates unfortunately didn't fix it : I can't leave the tchat. It's impossible

for the lag, I'm not sure what's going on. It could be possibly an issue with the connection between your opponent & yourself, or a bug in the engine.

For the Escape key, I did another little change for the next version, if it still doesn't work, you should be able to close the chat by pressing the Apple + Control keys. Let me know which one is ok.

I've played some matches online. All against Carlos Alcaraz Previously it was quite laggy, but today it was okay, except for the serve. Something with hitting the serve, which results in mistiming and a slow serve. I have absolutely no problem with the serve when playing offline, but online there seems to be an issue as I mistime most serves

And you shouldn't do it offline either, as you lose precision when you do so (because the aiming comes back to the center very fast).

Note: I'm not sure it's your current issue...
