Help me !!!!!! Can't hit winners with 100% FH & BH

Hey I play online matches I have 100% in backhand and forhand and I hit often very slow balls abut 130km/h and some players told me that have the same stats as me and I loose with them 6-1 because I can't hit winners - my balls are too slow why?????? what are they doing???

maybe you dont use windows button or ctrl and alt(same tame) when you hit the ball...

No I have topspin 0 and I click fire1+2 button I don't know what to do

maybe you're not well positioned or you're releasing the buttons too early

check the controls for your player again
