i was complaining for same reason,i have had often south a.players for opponenets and always lost by RL or playing in terrible conditiones only one set(for about 30min)...i think those guys are used to play like that,and they are way better then someone who never or rarely plays with serious lag...but what can we do,that is not their fault, although, from the other point of view,it is not our fault too and we must have some fair treatment and not to loose by rl or playin one point 1 min cause someone has bad connection...i can play with whole europe,and maroco,egypt,algeria,even asia(its not perfect but can be playable),only south america is problem...i dont have any reasonable solution for that issue and i dont accusing those people, but like i said...
